Do you ship outside the USA?

• Yes! But you will have to pay for international shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I arrange a return/exchange?

• Email us at: info@blockandink.com with your order number telling us if you would like a exchange.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
  
  

What is your exchange policy?

• Since our mandarin collar dress shirts are all custom made for you, we only accept exchanges at this time. You must make a request for an exchange within three days of delivery.
• We do not take responsibility for items until we receive them. Items that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser.
• We do not accept returns

What if my item(s) are damaged or incorrect?

• If you have received damaged or incorrect item(s), please email us as soon as possible (info@blockandink.com) with a photo of the damage, or the incorrectly shipped product, as well as your order number in the subject line. We will respond to you as soon as possible.
